THE AFRICAN EDUCATIONAL MODEL IS THE CAUSE OF OUR POVERTY

Before proceeding to school, you must create a Plan depending on whether you want to get an education, acquire knowledge or develop intelligence for soft skill sets.

The African Educational Model was designed for the 1st Industrial Revolution and Capitalism, under the concept of Education to acquire knowledge for the Labour Market.

The reasons why most of our graduates are constructed and wired mentally for the Labour Market. Unfortunately, that Market no longer exist, and where it still exists in Form, it doesn't require the kind of Labour generated from mere acquisition of Theoretical Knowledge Otherwise called "

Single Honours intelligence ".

At the Beginning of Capitalism and the 1st Industrial Revolution, we were told that "Education was the Key to Success. "

And truly so then, but the World is in the 4th Industrial Revolution and gradually navigating to the 5th Revolution, the Virtual and Augmented Reality powered Generation, with Artificial intelligence replacing human imagination.

So, Technology has created a keyless Society And replaced the Padlock mentality.

Am addicted to Chess, but since I started playing with Artificial intelligence Robots and engaging in virtual competitions, I have seen the limits of human imagination.

The 5th Revolution will create more poverty for most Africans if our educational model is not urgently Disrupted.

With A I, IOTs, A/V Reality powered Generation, humanity has created what it cannot control in impact and endless Disruption of the Human Nervous system of operations.

The World is Governed by 5 Intelligence Generation :

1. Family and Community intelligence regime, what you learn from home, how it takes you to the community and what value you attain in the community. How far will community intelligence take you without any other form of education?

2. The Open Society intelligence.

Your community intelligence takes you up to the open society beyond your community, interaction with different human imagination species and your value relevance to the Society. The quality of social infrastructure that can develop the Human industry and gives you the baseline to acquire common sense.

3. Educational Intelligence.

How you leave the Society to a higher institution to get a good education, acquire bachelors either of single or double honours.

How you acquire, Masters and PHD and become a professor and probably end up in the Labour Market.

Reasons why Professors and PHD holders are in the Labour Market looking for employment.

4. Knowledge Management Intelligence.

You acquire knowledge beyond education, knowledge for impact, knowledge for an exploit, and knowledge for the value chain of prosperity.

If you acquire knowledge that cannot be managed, then you merely had an education that will lead you to Academic Awards.

5. Sector Specific Intelligence.

The Avatar intelligence regime is reserved for solution Architects, Future Architects, Innovators, Disruptors, Creative ingenuity, those with the capacity to alter their mindset and translate their vision to the closest picture of reality for the benefit of Society.

Sector Specific Intelligence dwells a lot on converting passion to a portfolio, designing a business case model for ideas, creating delivery systems for society and taking charge of the world business case model.

Most of those who acquire The 5th Intelligence Generation level, actually don't go through the university system, mostly drop out(s) from the university.

They are rebels of the traditional educational model but have the requisite IQ acquired from the open Society.

They acquire a degree in Common Sense Intelligence and(Self) graduate to Sector-Specific Intelligence Generation.

African finds it extremely difficult to produce graduates from the Open Society to the Sector-Specific Intelligence Generation because we lack the adequate infrastructure and civilisation component to equip our citizens to enter that convey belt.

Secondly, we hardly produce young Entrepreneurs because we spend too much youthful space going through the traditional educational sequences up to PHD and end up as professors, who cannot forecast the future of their prosperity.

The reasons why you find professors of physics, mathematics and computer science going on strike for lack of welfare instead disrupting their prosperity staircase out of the university system.

Our society has denied them the infrastructure to acquire knowledge and sector-specific intelligence Skills required to alter the Status Quo in front of them.
